IT Staff  

As part of our IT Staff, you’ll assist in maintaining the company's IT network, servers and information systems. You'll be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

You will also participate in projects that improve the company's bottomline such as website development and maintenance, CRM, ERP and SEO.

On a day to day basis, you might be called upon to help colleagues with more basic IT troubleshooting needs. This will mean you’ll need to share your own knowledge to help others, including setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords.

As you will be part of our team managing our information systems, we require that you have basic accounting and business process knowledge to understand how systems work

• Graduate of a computer-related major such as computer science, information technology, computer engineering or MIS (management information systems)
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows
• Hands on experience of installing and troubleshooting IT hardware and software
• Good organizational skills
• Good time management
