- Can work under pressure with less supervision;
- Has a stable internet connection, has a computer/laptop with camera and mic;
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated;
- Available to work on Eastern Standard Time with flexibility;
- Prior online work experience is preferrable, but not necessary;
- Team player;
- Can start immediately.
