- Check completeness and accuracy of supporting documents like original invoice and purchase order, emergency order lists before processing payments.
- Matches invoices with a purchase order (PO) and checks invoices as to quantity, prices, extensions and footings.
- File invoices, purchase orders, and emergency order slips until they are due for payment. Verifies vendor statements and traces missing invoices before processing payments.
- Route all Accounts Payable check vouchers and ensures that checks are signed by the authorized signatories on a timely manner.
- Prepare a summary of disbursement; schedule of check for release; and replenishment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in general accounting
