Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gathers audit evidence through:
- Direct querying systems and requesting through proper channels
- Querying and extracting the data
- Reviewing and confirming complete data
- Notifying the supervisor when the data is ready to be reviewed
- Assists with:
- Preparing client IT Security questionnaires submitted to clients and potential clients (e.g. RFPs)
- Completing the questionnaires based on the answers maintained in the repository
- Obtaining and confirming answers with IT SMEs
- Escalating as necessary
- Facilitates:
- Quarterly user access reviews
- Answering end user questions
- Reassigning reviews
- Providing reporting to their supervisor on outstanding items on items
- Performs periodic data gathering and analysis.
- Reviews own work before submitting it.
- Updates knowledge base information
- Upholdss the Crawford Code of Conduct
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
- One year of experience in an analytical role in IT.
- IT audit experience or working with IT auditors.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Able to receive phone calls and inquiriess
- Able to solve problems systematically.
- Able to manage time effectively.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to adapt to changes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity of IT processes, risks, and controls in the computer operations, system development, change control, and security functions.
- Familiarity with information technology frameworks, guidelines, and standards such as COSO, COBiT, ISO 27001/27002, etc.
- Familiarity of Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) and IT General Controls (“ITGCs”) in a variety of technical environments.
