Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design software architecture in line with IT standards and business goals
- Prepare system specifications, user and technical documentation
- Create functional documentation
- Validate and verify system outputs against business requirements
- Assist in user training and acceptance testing
- Conduct code review and works in committees to set coding standards and review work outputs of the team
- Monitors system implementation, work of team members and ensures deliverables
- Performs thorough integration and system testing
- Assist in the preparation of Project Plans, timetables, manpower, assignment and resource requirements
- Mentoring the Senior AP, AP and Programmers.
- Conducts technical session as needed.
- May be requested to perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree holder of any course from an accredited university or college, preferably, IT-related course
- Has between 4 to 6 years experience in systems analysis and design with a minimum of 4 years of solid Java programming experience
- Promoted from Regular Systems Analyst or Senior Developer positions
- Competent in Windows operating systems
- Competent in a programming language, development tools, and database
- Very knowledgeable in systems analysis and design
- Competent in applying different methodologies in system design
- Good project management knowledge and skills
- Quality-driven and good team leader
- Has good communication and time management skills
