Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proficiency in hardware, software, network and internet configuration, installation and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in common office applications (e.g. document, spreadsheet, presentation)
- Basic to advance knowledge of a variety of software (e.g. anti-virus, office applications, firewall application, etc.)
- Basic to advance knowledge on AWS Cloud Computing Services
- Basic understanding of database systems
- Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. PHP, Java, etc.) is a plus
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree holder of any course from an accredited university or college, preferably, IT or Engineering related course
- Is a team player and can deal with different levels in the organization
- Can easily adapt to changing demands
- Is keen on identifying the root cause of the issue and creative in providing solutions
- Seeks new assignments once completed with his/her tasks rather than waiting for the supervisor to ask
- Resolves problems quickly. Has the initiative to do research whenever encountered issues not familiar with him
- Learns quickly and can work with minimum supervision
- Has at least 6 months related experience is required
