- Overall monitoring of Buyzone Philippines operations.
- Operations surveillance (Moitor news and update relevant to export/import procedures in China and Philippines)
- Recommend procedures to streamline processes and implement them upon approval of Management.
- Daily communication with Buyzone China team.
- Data entry for Buyzone individual and corporate orders.
- Database maintenance (constantly update cistomer data)
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Administration Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Filipino
- Adept in Sales and Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized, flexible, and outgoing
