Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Activity Manager drives the innovation process from the business operations perspective, making sure all activities and gates of the innovation process are successfully carried out;
- Responsible for the Innovation Plan execution and KPIs tracking and communication, allocation of resources for the priorities of the innovation plan and elevates conflicts jeopardizing the plan execution at the right forums;
- pushes the smooth flow of information on projects innovations and others between Sales, Marketing, Research and Development, Technology and Procurement in charge of Raw Materials and Pack Materials supply;
- Ensures on-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters;
- This entails close coordination with Sales, Marketing and Research and Development Groups and Procurement and Technology Departments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably graduate of BS courses (Math/ Management Engineering/ Statistics);
- Knowledgeable in forecasting techniques;
- Strong in analytical, communication and coordination skills;
- Well verse in computer applications particularly SAP-APO;
- Tenure/ experience in Sales Information Management is highly appreciated;
- Preferably with experience in Sales, Sales Planning or Logistics;
- With backgrounds on Marketing, Supply Chain and/or Demand Planning.
