Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the strategy, tactical, and planning activities for the Asia Pacific digital delivery function, ensuring consistency with business strategy and alignment to Emerging Markets and global IT Strategy;
- Develop and implement plans for the work unit to efficiently deliver across Asia Pacific;
- Manage the developers across all platforms to ensure deliverables are on time and to a high quality;
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for services provided by the department to key customers and business units to ensure service definition and delivery reflects requirements;
- Establish and implement work practice standards that follow applicable corporate and Asia Pacific IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency;
- Effectively manage business partner relationships through a partnership in planning/execution, open and honest communication, and meeting commitments to achieve exceptional levels of quality and service;
- Provide external and internal stakeholders with accurate and timely information;
- Monitor and evaluate technology developments and industry trends to recommend and apply innovative digital technology solutions which enhance business activities;
- Deliver reliable and efficient application development that meet business needs;
- Provide application design and development leadership in digital technologies for the Asia Pacific region;
- Resolve audit Management Action Plans and identify/document risk management issues to ensure risks are eliminated promptly and effectively;
- Seek and implement continuous process/ technology improvements that increase the effectiveness of the Asia Pacific Digital function.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5+ years of experience in a digital delivery role, with strategic and operational delivery responsibility;
- Experience in identifying and applying relevant digital technologies within the insurance industry;
- Technical and development experience within a service and technical environment;
- Experience in managing a pool of highly technical resources covering a wide range of skills and technologies across a matrix structure;
- Experience working in a demanding, fast paced environment;
- Experience communicating and influencing at a senior level within an organization;
- Technically competent in current and emerging technologies;
- Technical skills, to include development, technical configuration, systems analysis, and technical support, if applicable;
- Ability to analyze, define, and specify customer requirements;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams across diverse locations and cultures;
- Fundamental knowledge of insurance operations;
- Innovative Digital technologies within Fintech and insurance;
- Knowledge and understanding of how an internal IT department can act as a service provider.
