Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Consult with company generated leads and clients and convert to sales.
  • Create own personal leads through networking and desktop research and communication.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by:
    • Researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
    • Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by:
    • Contacting potential students.
    • Discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screen potential deals by:
    • Analyzing market strategies, requirements, potential, and financials.
    • Evaluating options.
    • Resolving internal priorities.
    • Recommending equity investments.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by:
    • Studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
    • Examining risks and potentials.
    • Estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Close new business deals by:
    • Coordinating requirements.
    • Developing and negotiating contracts.
    • Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Update job knowledge by:
    • Participating in educational opportunities.
    • Reading professional publications.
    • Maintaining personal networks.
    • Participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance organization reputation by:
    • Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
    • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, or other Customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of sales success, meeting, and/or exceeding sales goals for years.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills in order to communicate, present, assert, and speak to all the different stakeholders involved.
  • Ability to cold call prospects with confidence in order to be a successful business developer.
  • Ability to make sensible presentations which trigger more sales and business.
  • Knows when to compromise and when to take a stand.
    • In order to persuade your prospects to do what needs to be done, you will need to win their hearts, minds, and trust.
