Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- A team leader to head up its web development team;
- Will have 4 direct and 3 auxiliary staff to manage and assist training in their work environment;
- Will be trained both in the Philippines and in Australia on P&C infrastructure and web systems;
- The technical aspect of this position will report to the head of development in Australia and work with staff in Manila and overseas, with 80% of our customers in Europe and USA;
- This position will also occasionally require unusual hours;
- Role is to train staff to handle this and implement the support systems needed to eventually go 24/7 within 12 months;
- Implementation and management of AWS/Amazon Web Services;
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices;
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of structured programming;
- Generates enthusiasm among team members;
- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles;
- Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model;
- Manages the process of innovative change;
- Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner;
- Mentors those with less experience through informal channels;
- Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond required training;
- Trains other employees through both formal and informal training programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 10-years in industry with team management experience;
- Understand and can implement and manage AWS Amazon Web Service;
- Full understanding and ability to code with MYSQL, PHP, JAVA ;
- Prepared to be trained in Australia ( passport or ability to get essential );
- Ability to lead by example, not just give directions ( CODE );
- Understand release and deployment of large worldwide DB systems;
- Excellent Written and spoke English.
