PLM Coordinator | Engineering Data Management | Pasig  

• Use Agile and Oracle software to review, implement and distribute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) originated by the Product Teams.
• Review Engineering CAD files against a standard checklist.
• Document ECO accuracy data to support Engineering output metrics.
• Manage New Part Order Process (NPOP) and New Casting Setup (NCS) ECOs through Engineering and other groups to insure time and accuracy metrics are achieved.
• Set up new items in Agile and document them on ECOs on a limited basis, as needed, to support product teams.
• Work to coordinate Engineering throughput for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform scheduled Engineering Data audits and mass-updates.
• Assist with review and update of Engineering standards, work instructions, and documentation.
• Create and update Agile Process Extension software using Java.

• Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum of Associate’s degree.
• 5 years of experience working with engineering data accepted in lieu of degree.
• Preferably with experience with Agile and/or Oracle.
• Preferably with technical writing experience.
• General understanding of CAD systems.
• Quickly develop sufficient knowledge of Agile PLM system to create, approve, route and release parts and documents.
• Ability to learn NX CAD sufficiently to follow a checklist to review and approve product design files and assembly structures coming from Product Engineering and CAD modeling in NX.
• Ability to learn new systems that manage engineering and related data.
• Basic understanding of Engineering concepts, including Product Specification data, Revisions, and Assembly Structures.

Other required skills and abilities:

• JAVA programming experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Ability to create and run basic queries to analyze part and documentation data using Excel and Access.
• Good understanding of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Able to effectively work with diverse teams.
• Works independently, managing and measuring workload.
