Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- BS/MS Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Proven working experience as brand manager;
- At least 3-5 years experience in retail operations and merchandising;
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix;
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Strong analytical and leadership skills;
- Advanced communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices;
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets;
- Excellent command of the English language;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Leads development of marketing plans that are designed to achieve stated goals and objectives and reflect original thought and creativity to ensure relevant activation along the path to purchase;
- Ensures alignment with Marketing processes and cross-functional teams (Digital, Loyalty, Social, PR, Merchandising, etc.) in order to generate one complete, integrated plan;
- Owns marketing plan timelines start-to-finish and ensures that all efforts are implemented on time and according to plan.
