Project Manager  

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects. This position requires a person with excellent technical, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's Front-end Web Development Team;
• Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget;
• Understand early potential technical blockers and provide solutions;
• Liaise with our specialist DevOps Team for joint projects;
• Manage all aspects of preparing website development time budgets;
• Assist Account Managers in preparing quotations;
• Assign developers to projects and tasks using our Teamwork Project Management system;
• Maximise productivity of developers:
  • thoroughly understanding their technical strengths and where training is required;
  • quickly adapt to changes in individual project schedules;
• Run website QA audits in preparation for Account Manager QA and Customer sign off;
• Assist in the ongoing maintenance of Customer sites;
• Stay current with Adobe BC features and best practices;
• Manage personal Continuous Professional Development (CPC);
• Assist in conducting training of new staff;
• Find available resources and run workshops for staff's skills development on a regular basis;
• Manage staff KPIs.

Knowledge:

• HTML5;
• CSS;
• Adobe Business Catalyst (our base platform).

Key Requirements:

• Excellent time management and coaching skills;
• Excellent verbal and written skills;
• Solid understanding of web development life cycle;
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent;
• Full-Time position(s) available.
