Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Source, research, and manage new technologies and best practices for internal and external hosting of Microsoft, Linux, and VM Ware systems.
- Provided day-to-day support for all Production, Development, Testing System Environments running in Microsoft, Linux, and VM Ware systems.
- Manage Vendor relationship and performance pertaining to engineering, design, technology, roadmap, system optimization, and support management.
- Participate in on-call support rotation, which will require off-hours support work.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or the similar.
- 2-3 years of experience in:
- Supporting system hardware and software environment.
- Administering and supporting Microsoft, Linux, and VMWare systems.
- 1+ years in Storage Administration.
- ITIL Certified or able to certify within 6 months.
