Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensuring that settlements are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Dealing with solicitors and mortgage managers
- Sending new instructions to panel solicitors
- Verifying the prepared loan documents in accordance with the instructions provided
- Receiving solicitor’s certifications and preparing loans for funding
- Ensuring SLAs, compliance and quality standards are met on a daily basis
- Assisting Team Leader/Manager and other settlements officers with any tasks assigned
- Organising and actioning other ad-hoc activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have banking and financial related job experience and a basic understanding about mortgages
- Understanding of settlements process for home loans
- With Australian mortgage experience is an advantage
- Confident and articulate, able to engage in conversations and build relationships with clients, solicitors and mortgage managers at the highest level
- Strong management skill, able to work well under pressure and on flexible schedule
- Exhibit professional demeanour
- Ability to communicate in writing in a professional manner
- Good attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to follow and understand instructions and procedures
- Good planning, organising and multi-tasking skills
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications
- Ability to provide insight based on analysis
- Self-motivated and has knowledge-sharing mentality
- Ability to work on deadlines with less supervision
