Sales Assessment Officer  

The Sales Assessment Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of sales enquiries and follow ups, including managing leads records in the sales system and assisting the other areas in the Sales Department

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Respond to sales inquiries - inbound and outbound via phone and email/sms
• Provide timely response to customer enquiries and manage expectation and service delivery standards
• Keep accurate records of customer enquiries including customer details and nature of the inquiry
• Adhere to established sales processes
• Maintain a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge
• Action other tasks or duties due to business exigencies or as deemeed necessary by management to achieve business goals

• Availability to work on weekends (5 working days; Day shift)
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills - able to provide insights based on analysis
• Good planning and organising skills; good attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
