Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Seating customers and accurately providing them with the approximate waiting time should there be no available seats
- Educating customers about our premium coffees and teas and all food items available in the restaurant
- Fulfilling any other duties the Store Manager or Shift Supervisor assigns and will represent The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in a professional manner
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High levels of professionalism, good communication skills and great customer service skills
- Experience in retail / specialty store or food establishment preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
