Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strong analytical thinking Assisting financial and strategic planning for the business such as: preparing pricing scheme
- Manage daily cash flow management and provide a financial report (revenue and expenses)
- Recruit, manage, and develop talent
- Maintain the compensation and benefits plan and contract of employee
- Manage monthly payroll and coordinating with finance consultant
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Employee performance monitoring and reporting
- Support all the internal operation matters
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline
- Proven working experience as directly supervising teams and running the day-to-day operations of a business (exposure in a high-growing startup/ management consulting would be a plus)
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
