Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supports the merchandising team in the execution of merchandising processes from merchandise selection, visual display, stock allocation and distribution and sales and inventory monitoring and analysis.
- Prepares report for top selling, non-moving, inventory count, aging merchandise, sale item status, merchandise mix ratio, most saleable color, style and price point analysis.
- Proper distribution and transfer orders of merchandise to the branches
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Female
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
- Preferably 1-3 years experienced employees specializing in merchandising
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to frame problems and design approaches
- Analytical mindset, ability to work well with numbers and spreadsheets
- Strong interest in fashion
- Communication skills, customer service and presentation skills
- Drive, commitment, leadership skills and works well with teams
