Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts research and handles the development of processed food and products.
- Develops and implements new menu of the hotel's restaurant.
- Conducts and implements training of staff on food preservation.
- Monitors and manages food production in agritourism.
- Ensures the highest quality of processed products.
- Abreats in new trend in the food industry, not limitted to food and beverage products but also in materials and equipment used.
- Assist the Argi-tourism officer in other related tasks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related field.
- With at least 2 -years' experience as Food technologist
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge on all types of food processing.
- Capable in developing new recipes & products.
- Preferably with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) background
