Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures the effective administration and maintenance of a system of control and accountability for property assigned / issued to each department and/or personnel
- Ensures to have current records for assigned accountable property including updated records of building/ room location of assets
- Ensures that physical inventories are completed and record are reconciled
- Monitors reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock
- Keeps central warehouse clean and orderly according to Gemba Keizen Standards
- Helps in negotiating or recommending the purchase of materials needed by the resort with suppliers in choosing the best price for its quality and quantity
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably graduate of Accountancy or any related course
- With 1-2 years of experience as Property Custodian/ Warehouseman/Asset Mgt Staff
- Can work well with limited supervision
- Team player and has leadership potential
- Knowledgable of the complete process flow of central warehouse activity and physical asset maintenance
