Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Management of claims:
- Manage claims in accordance with best practice and delegated authority limits to ensure the efficient and exquisite delivery of service.
- Responsible for the lodgement.
- Attach quotes and invoices for generated claim, labelled and numbered (as per process)
- Setting of reserve
- Processing of invoices received from suppliers.
Claims Cost:
- Close management of and vigilance around claims costs.
- Always adhering to best practice and working within your delegated authority to ensure cost effective claims service delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy of our reserving vs payments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any college or university degree.
- Minimum 1 year insurance experience in motor and housing insurance
- Must have excellent eye for detail and has high regard with accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage well with internal referral points.
- The ability to work autonomously but without the fear of asking for help.
- Team player and able to work well under pressure.
