Senior Digital Marketing Specialist  

We’re currently in growth mode, so we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our media team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing and managing our clients’ search strategies across paid search and digital performance media. This position would suit a strategically-minded, highly analytical person, with experience across search engine marketing and the Google Marketing Platform.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and creative digital marketer, with exceptionally strong analysis skills. The ideal candidate will be organized and will take the time to understand what drives a client’s business.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, developing and implementing client search and digital performance media strategies
• Search optimisation and ROI maximisation
• Working with the media department to ensure best practices are recommended on behalf of our clients and correctly applied
• Staying up to date with the latest search marketing trends and best practices and knowledge sharing with the media department

We are looking for an individual who has:

• 5+ years of experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Google Accreditation
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the agency’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written English

• Experience with Adobe Analytics
• Experience in SEO
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Marketing Automation
