SEO Specialist  

We’re currently in growth mode, so we’re looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimisation Specialist to join our media team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing digital strategy to support search engine optimization, benchmarking performance across search channels, support existing campaign strategies, and provide our clients with reports that are insightful, actionable, and relevant.

In addition to on-going campaign management, our desired candidate should be experienced in performing audits on existing websites and digital marketing campaigns to analyze current performance and make recommendations for improvement.

This position would suit a highly analytical individual with significant experience in managing SEO and SEM campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform, 3rd party SEO tools, knowledgeable around conversion rate optimization, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Auditing existing website properties with a view to providing comprehensive and clear recommendations for improvement.
• Reporting key metrics, analyzing supporting data, interpreting trends, and providing actionable insight.
• Planning, developing and implementing strategies to deliver search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization and ROI maximization
• Working with the media department to ensure properly best practices are recommended on behalf of our clients
• Staying up to date with the latest search marketing trends and best practices and knowledge sharing with the media department
• Monthly reporting, insight, and analysis
• Campaign monitoring and optimization

We are looking for an individual who has:

• 3+ years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Google Accreditation
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the agency’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent time-management skills

No essential, but beneficial skills include:

• Experience with Adobe Analytics
• Experience with 3rd party tools (SEM Rush, SEO Moz)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Marketing Automation
