Workforce Specialist  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor schedules and forecast statistics regularly to ensure proper staffing coverage and make personnel changes to support the changes in the business needs (short and long term)
• Periodic intraday monitoring of actual versus projected class count, shrinkage and coverage and other relevant planning parameters
• Communicate and adjust staffing levels as necessary to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Track, forecast and report class volumes and performance metrics.
• Partner with assistant shift managers and team leaders to coordinate time off requests for team members
• Maintain staff resource management database using workforce management software.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Candidates should be a bachelor degree holder
• Should be excellent in both oral and written English
• Should have expertise in Microsoft Excel & Words and Google Sheets & Google Docs.
• Must have at least 2-3 years experience in scheduling, capacity planning and forecasting or any related field
• Must be a good team player and willing to work with different levels of the organization
• Willing to work in extended hours, holidays & weekends if necessary
