Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Perform duties and responsibilities in relation to:
- Daily banking - Preparation of Cheques and Online Banking;
- Admin & Reconciliation of Petty Cash;
- Billing/Invoicing;
- Invoice & Credit Note Postings;
- Ledger Queries;
- Processing of Payments;
- Purchase Ledger Duties;
- Maintaining and Producing Excel Reports;
- Cost Centre Reporting;
- Budget Management and Analysis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 1-year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge in Billing Systems, Billing Processes and Business Communication is a plus.
