Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manages the preparation and completion of all required documentation, i.e., gate pass, work permits, etc., in preparation for the incoming installation projects.
- Ensures the completeness of all parts and components and all necessary accessories prior to the start of the installation activities.
- Ensure quality of work and discipline of crew at D' Jobsite agency at all times.
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipments.
- Prepare reports of installation results, customers' complaints and maintenance needs.
- Submit project progress report daily.
- Keeps updated file of tools and equipment.
- Ensures the proper turn-over of a project and the client's acknowledgement in the Certificate of Acceptance one week after installation completion.
- To keep a track of the project progress and to check if there are any discrepancies in it.
- To make every possible effort to resolve the issues on site and find-out ways to shorten downtime so as to achieve maximum revenue for the company.
- Monitors back jobs and ensures its completion within one (1) week.
- Attend to other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Willing to work in Sauyo Road Novaliches Quezon City near Mindanao Avenue.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Civil Engineering.
- With or without experience in Project Management.
- Knowledgeable in CAD is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Sauyo Road Novaliches near Mindanao Avenue.
