Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate w/ concession coordinator for reseller's reserved items
- Coordinate w/ inventory controller for expected inventory availability
- Generate barcode stickers
- Coordinate w/ warehouse for provincial deliveries (ensuring delivery route has enough value)
- Review and process unserved/pending orders
- Photocopy/fax DR for deliveries to certain outlets
- Filling of served / unserved SRF for proper documentation
- Generate platinum/SAP report for inventory in warehouse quantity on hand
- Check inventory availability based on platinum reports
- Analyze and segregate SRF (based on inventory availability/allocation and delivery value)
- Verify completeness
- Process stock transfer
- Allocate inventory based on item allocation for new arrivals given by brand department
- Property allocate inventory to outlets (according to market allocation of inventory and outlet)
- Coordinate calls from AE’s
- Coordinate calls with outlets and promodizers
- Coordinate SMS from AE’s delivery personnel, and promodizers (to ensure delivery)
- Perform duties that may be assigned by other managers in CLC from time to time
- Substitute for other sales admin staff in case of absence / as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Business related courses
- With 6-months experience on related field is required
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The other one has a supervisory experienced
