- Provides high-level of technical support to all end-users.
- Responds to all queries either in person or over the phone.
- Walk end-users through problem-solving process.
- Conduct technical training for new users
- Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity
- Performs diagnosis and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, networking, mobile devices, and other technical tools and products.
- Maintains the company's IT network, servers and security systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Perform routine server monitoring and performance bench marking.
- Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software.
- Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
- Recommends procedure modifications or improvements.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions/issues that continue to occur.
- Maintain daily backup and storage.
- Clean up computers.
- Manages inventory of computer-related hardware and software.
- Convert files and follows conversion protocol.
- Transfer and digitize footage materials from the shoot.
- Dubbing on tape/CD/DVD.
- Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise.
- Complete special projects as may be required from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any IT related course;
- 1-2 years professional experience but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
- Has experience with Hardware, Software, Network Troubleshooting and Web Maitainance
- Knowledgable in photo and video editing softwares.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
