- Keeps up to date on trends for commercial structural, sanitation, and other relevant specifications.
- Performs on tasks assigned for renovations and new outlets.
- Participates in researching and rendering in the interior design team.
- Serves as co-project head for completion of construction works.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License in Architecture or equivalent.
- Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam.
- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Experienced in the following:
- 3 years in the related field.
- Being a supervisor or a position specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- High fluency in the English and FIlipino languages.
- Willing to work in Tarlac City.
- Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
Part-time position is available.

Cindy's Bakery & Restaurant has been in operations since 1972. First established in Tarlac City, the company branched out to other cities in Pampanga, Pangasinan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan Valley and Benguet. There are over 100 branches and dealerships to date.
Product & Services
Cindy's Bakery & Restaurant is well known in Central and Northern Luzon for its sandwich breads, ensaymadas, egg pies, cakes and other popular baked goods. People also go to Cindy's for its classic hot meals and snacks. Favorite choices are its burgers, palabok, crispy fried chicken and the goodness of its home-cooked style meal entrees.
