- Recommends and plans based on research and solid data.
- Promotes the 5 P's of Marketing, and also people development.
- Sets directions for brand and advertising.
- Controls all aspects of marketing programs effectively.
- Ensures effective and prudent cost and benefit management in all activities.
- Establishes network of industry professionals & suppliers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or any equivalent.
- At least 6-years of working experience as a Manager in Marketing in a Consumer Oriented Firm.
- Experience in a food chain or food production company is an advantage.
- Long standing membership in recognized marketing associations is an advantage.
- Management or creative background in an Advertising Company is an advantage.
- Systems oriented and analytical of all project activities.
- Relevant background to skillfully execute special event.

Cindy's Bakery & Restaurant has been in operations since 1972. First established in Tarlac City, the company branched out to other cities in Pampanga, Pangasinan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan Valley and Benguet. There are over 100 branches and dealerships to date.
Product & Services
Cindy's Bakery & Restaurant is well known in Central and Northern Luzon for its sandwich breads, ensaymadas, egg pies, cakes and other popular baked goods.
