handle existing store renovation and new store construction projects
compute costs, prepare bill of materials and quantity take-off
estimate requirements for all involved work scope
evaluate and monitor contractor's claim and variation orders
obtain and coordinate supplier's material quotation necessary during bidding

Kualifikasi Minimum

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Has an experience in Construction Project Management
proficient in Microsoft Office and other related apllications for project cost estimate and submission
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
