Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Primarily responsible for providing leadership and management of all branch operational functions to enable the bank to effectively interact with clients in the pursuit of business growth.
- Provide leadership and management oversight on the Central Branch Banking Team with the main objective of ensuring that the credit risk of the Bank is managed and has been kept within the key result areas.
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years work experience in retail sales in a BSP-regulated institution with exposure in microfinance sales or field operations.
- Must have good people management, selling, training, and communication skills.
- Should be attentive to details and exposed in developing and implementing successful service delivery operations within budget.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
