Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Collections Officer is accountable for the tele collections operations and the activities of the external collections agencies, including peronnel management and compliance to company policies and procedures. The Collection Officer is also responsible for ensuring that the collections targets of the tele collections and collections agencies are met and reported to the Collections Head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing & Collections experience.
- With business writing, presentation skills & data analysis handling
- With excellent communication & writing skills
