Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Central Processing Services (CPS) Specialist is responsible for the processing of loan applications and other branch transactions forwarded to the unit. She/he contributes to the achievement of the loans and operational targets and KPIs of the branch. She/he accomplishes all assigned necessary reports, responsible for performing excellent customer service to all clients according to the established standards, and understands and complies with government and regulatory policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate any 4-year business course, Accountancy or any business-related course
- Knowledgeable in window based program such a word excel and powerpoint
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
