Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the monitoring and executing of on-time billing
- Responsible for the collections of the branch loans portfolio.
- Also monitors non-performing loans and takes appropriate actions in reducing it.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): driving 2/4 wheels.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With previous customer service/sales background, collections experience, negotiation skills & data analysis.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
