Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Product Manager shall determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; and appraising new product ideas;
- Develop innovative product variants to cater to the growing needs and requirements of clients;
- Ensure continued product superiority which will translate to business volumes;
- Lead a project team composed of various stakeholders such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and IT to develop solutions based on customer requirements;
- Prepare marketing plans prior to commercialization of the product.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business course
- With exposure in product management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Banking experience is an advantage
