Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct inspection of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other systems such as appliances, boilers, elevators, gas and oil lines, and HVAC systems.
- Overseeing construction work in progress and assisting Construction Managers (CM) with contract compliance and work acceptance.
- Providing quality oversight.
- Understanding plans and specifications.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Max 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 1 year experience in supervising Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing for mid to luxurious commercial real estate.
- Knowledge of Ms.Office, AutoCAD etc.
- Decent communication skill.
- Ability to coordinate with business partners (Contractors, PLN, PDAM).
- Willing to be placed at Denpasar.
