- Improve, manage, and maintain the current social media accounts, corporate website, email responses, and online inquiries.
- Create outstanding reputation with the Online Automotive Community through the core online channels in the market such as:
- Live forums
- Pages
- Online shopping sites
- Various social media avenues
- Closed groups, etc.
- Provide online or digital materials to improve online appearances, added promotions, and/or online postings.
- Moderate discussions on social media and forums by escalating the issues to the proper department.
- Ensure positive end point.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and creative interpretation skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Responsible and works with proper directives and minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Other Media platforms.
- Video Editing and Web design is a advantage.
