Administrative Assistant  

We are looking for highly effective Office Administrators to operate the reception area of the office. Responsibilities would include one or more of the following:

• Welcomes visitors in person or on the telephone; answers queries about the company
• Maintains order and cleanliness in the reception area and within the office
• Maintains security through the careful surveillance of the logbook and the issuance of visitor passes
• Checks the office inventory; in charge of restocking
• Tracks the financial records of the company and ensures that these are kept safe
• Ensures that the employees are in compliance with the company regulations; preserves the harmonious relationship between employees

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in creating and maintaining databases, even if not professional.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong planning and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure with winning attitude and strong work ethics
• Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information and communications
• Must be willing to work in Alabang or Ortigas
