Podcast Producer  

We are looking for a new team member who thrives in a high-tech, friendly environment and who will provide leadership, creativity and efficiency to all operational elements of the podcast process. In this role you play a key part in the day to day show publishing process as well as long-range show development in order to keep the digital forefront of the audio space.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Produce on average three shows each week involving multiple episodes per show
• Coordinate and implement sales campaigns with our integrated marketing team
• Produce original content and manage your show’s social channels
• Identify talent or shows to acquire that will lead to audience growth
• Develop relationships with podcast platforms that facilitate new audience opportunities for our show
• Provide recurring updates to management on listenership numbers to management

Key Projects:

• Develop and execute seasonal show plans with talent and programming
• Create original programming around big events on the sports calendar to build show audience
• Create and launch new shows in order to reach untapped audiences
• Partner with podcast leaders to build cross-functional best practices and metrics across the business

• Minimum 1-2 years in audio-on-demand, radio or TV production
• Experience working for a digital publication
• Expert analytical experience with the ability to transform findings into actions
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with experience working with talent and production members
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
