Job requirements
- Experiences in organizing and setting-up video and tele-conferencing
- 2 to 3 years experiences in service/ hospitality/business center industry
- Candidate with previous exposure in PABX phone console will be an added advantage
- Experiences in handling meeting room bookings, events and careering of small workshops/meetings
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Able to market and advertise meeting rooms
- Team oriented, buddy personally, positive working attitude
- Organized and independent for daily tasks
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Enjoy working with foreign clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills, has pleasing personality;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Preferably at least 3 years work experience in Customer Service
- Has hotel or serviced office background, if possible
- Can start immediately
