- Promote property investments through international roadshows, open house, local sales events, regional sales activities, etc.
- Develop networks and maintain a good relationship with them
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, legal documents, closing statements etc)
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Meet the required sales target on a quarterly basis
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Real estate/sales background is an advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel out of the country
