Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Deployment:
- Handle the marketing officers and marketing managers visa requirements and other needed documents that will enable them to be deployed internationally.
- Track the departure and arrival of the officers and managers. They will coordinate with the deployment officer and travel agencies in regards to the booking of flights.
- Provide advice and support on visa requirements and anything that is within the scope of deployment.
Recruiter:
- Identifies, screens and attracts the best talent to satisfy current and future hiring needs.
- Source and attract top talents and assess a high volume of candidate applications on a weekly basis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a year of recruiting/sourcing experience
- At least 6 months experience working in a fast-paced professional environment
- Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Ability to represent an organization, employment opportunities and company culture in courting candidates
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, coordination and interpersonal skills.
