Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales clients/outlets.
- Sources potential clients
- Present projects of Century to potential clients.
- Meet the required sales target on a quarterly basis
- Provides site tours and oculars with excellent customer service
- Handles all client inquiries, requests and concerns
- Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book the sale
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on real estate, pricing, amenities, new developments, etc.
- Promotes the projects through advertising and other effective strategies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good grasp of the Real Estate industry
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in Real Estate, Automative, Pharmaceutical, Insurance and similar sales activity is an advantage, but not required.
- Willing to be deployed abroad
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual
- Willing to work in Makati and do fieldwork.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
