Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained
- Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously
- Achieve specific financial objectives by communicating with administrative personnel and making adjustments to workflow as necessary
- Train new administrative employees
- Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel
- Manage employees; assign and assist with projects
- Carry out employee evaluations; provide feedback and ways to improve
- Perform and supervise general office activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supervising others
- Budgeting and financial reporting expertise
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
