Accounting Assistant  

•Responsible for providing support to immediate superior/supervisor/manager and department head. They also provide assistance to other company personnel which can be achieved thru diligent performance of the assigned tasks, functioning in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable rules and regulations, scrutiny of data and documents prior to processing and coordinating every aspect subject for verification or confirmation to respective concerned parties necessary for positive result. Responsible for the close monitoring and completeness of RTW Series posted in SAP. Prepares incident report for the following non compliances on Standard Operating Procedures.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or any related course.

• Fresh Graduate, <1 year experience

• Knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS Office Application, Basic internet Browsing and at least with idea or experience using SAP System.

• Keen on details and highly analytical

• Basic knowledge in Accounting Principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem solving and decision-making skills

• Time Management Skills
