Facilities and Engineering Manager  

Job Summary

• Responsible for making sure those buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. S/he is accountable for services such as cleaning, building, and machine maintenance to make sure the surrounding environment is in suitable condition to work.

Engineering

• Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of the company equipment and parts.
• Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
• Ensure that all machines and vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and in proper working order.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplished goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Sets specific and technical goals within broad outline provided by top management.
• Manages of team technicians and mechanic.
• Facilities Management
• Review and manage company site development and maintenance to enhance and maintain facilities. Leads housekeeping and appearance program.
• Implement safety policies and procedures for all the company site facilities.
• Provide expertise and broad problem-solving in areas of facilities/operations planning, building services, interior design, and coordination of space utilization and security services.
• Established effective emergency procedures and communicate to all staff as needed. Take charge of all facilities emergencies and work with appropriate vendors to solve issues as quickly as possible.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in any Engineering course or any related course.
• At least three (3) years supervisory/Managerial of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be proficient in MS Office application ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• With good communication and presentation skills.
• Has a good decision-making skill.
• Ability to act independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a strong customer orientation, thought leadership, initiative, teamwork, resourcefulness, and accountability.
• An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
