Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for meeting all restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
- Accurate and timely reporting of weekly sales, food costs, inventory, breakages and other reports.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation – properly coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house (shift and staffing schedule amongst others)
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction - respond and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain and enforce best quality of products possible
- Train and appraise staff performance
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Initiate marketing and sales efforts to successfully promote and publicize the brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fluent in English and Basic Japanese (prefered)
- Solid career/ experience in managing a fine-dining restaurant
